Check these things first.
Save the error message and use the guide for your platform to troubleshoot.
What if the installer will not run?
Check your OS version and processor architecture. Windows 7 needs its own edition; Mac downloads depend on Apple silicon or Intel. If Android arm64 is incompatible, check the universal version. Consult the official guide for Linux compatibility.
Cannot find the app on your iPhone?
iOS uses the third-party OpenVXS app. Availability depends on your Apple ID region. Check whether your App Store account can download it and read the official iOS guide.
Signed in but still unable to connect?
Check your account status, plan access, remaining data and system time, then try another available server. If the issue persists, read the service announcements and your app's setup guide.
