Understand your account, app and servers
Your iKuuu account shows your service status, remaining data and available servers. The app runs on your device; a server is the connection endpoint you select. Downloading the app alone does not activate or connect the service.
- Account: sign in with an account registered on the service website.
- App: choose the version for your operating system and processor architecture.
- Server: choose one that is available to your account.
Step 1: prepare your account
Already have an account? Sign in to the user center and check your account status and remaining data. New users can register on the service website and use the free trial to check access to their usual websites on their current network.
Registration, verification and account management take place on the service website. Never enter your password, subscription link or account details on an unfamiliar page.

The guides cover iKuuu VPN for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux. iPhone and iPad use the third-party OpenVXS app. System requirements and setup steps vary by platform.
- Windows: check your OS version. Windows 7 requires a separate edition.
- macOS: check whether your Mac has Apple silicon or an Intel processor.
- Android: start by checking the arm64 installer.
- iOS: check whether OpenVXS is available in your App Store region.
- Linux: check your architecture, package format and distribution compatibility.
Step 3: sign in, select a server and connect
Sign in to the app with your service account. On iOS, first enter the website code ikuuu in OpenVXS, then sign in. Choose a server available to your account and follow the app's instructions to connect.
After connecting, open a website you normally use to check access. A connected status does not guarantee that every website will work; access also depends on your device, network and the destination website.
If it fails, check the basics first
Check your account status, remaining data and system time, then try another available server. Save the exact error message and consult the setup guide for your platform.
